Julie Maxwell’s experience in real estate started with HOA management. Over the years, she worked with homeowners, HOA Boards, vendors and developers to help create and foster strong, vibrant communities. This led to creating an “HOA 101” class for homebuyers, to help them understand how to evaluate the homeowner association structure, rules, and finances to identify which communities are right for them. During her career, she supported HOA Manager licensure, and pursued her own education and credentialing, earning the highest professional designation available in the industry, PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). She has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003, and would love to help you find your own piece of Colorado to call home.
Her passion for working with people and neighborhoods led to becoming a REALTOR. Her commitment to education pushed her to create a first-time homebuyer class, so that buyers know what to expect at every step of the process.
Julie came to Northern Colorado in 1994 to attend Colorado State University. Like many others, she chose to make her permanent home here to enjoy the incredible culture, community, and scenery. When she’s not working, Julie and her husband enjoy travelling all over the world. Closer to home, they spend time supporting the local music scene, biking, collecting art, and hiking with their combined 7 teen and young adult children.
Call, email, or find her on the patio of Odell Brewing Company or High Hops Brewing (just ignore the bike shoes, please).
