Julie is top notch, Julie understands HOAs and their failings, Julie will go the extra mile to help the customer find the truth, Julie will take as much time as needed even if it is a small sale. Julie is a fantastic realtor and I will request her help in the future. I worked in the past with other realtors and Julie is much better than all of the ones I have worked with. Julie helped me with a difficult condominium sale where I was the buyer. There were many points when I thought the sale would have been terminated but it went through. Julie worked really hard to give me the information I needed and did not add any pressure. Thank you Julie for all the help!!!

When my husband and I needed to move during COVID during a job change, Julie was recommended to us by a friend who said Julie had helped her sell a condo in one weekend but that (because it was one weekend), she hadn't gotten to know Julie very well. We took a chance and decided to use Julie's services after an initial conversation. Julie asked great questions about the property, what we loved about it, what we would change. Though we didn't know it at the time, we couldn't have made a better choice. This was our first time selling a house, and Julie guided us through the process in the safest possible way during a pandemic--she stayed up late with us on Zoom calls after our kids were in bed to answer all of our questions. She took us through all of the documents we were signing line by line. She gave us really good and savvy advice on pricing, showed us comps, and even went and looked at a comp or two in person when there were seeming-outliers in the neighborhood. Her practice (and that of HUB) is to use the services of a stager to make sure the house looked great and a professional photographer to ensure that the picture were as good as they could be. Julie advised us thoughtfully on what fixes and improvements we needed to make and which ones we could let go. I'm happy to say our home got multiple showings scheduled immediately and went under contract the first weekend for $16k over asking price. Of course, the Fort Collins market helped. But Julie steered us well throughout all of it, and I'm not sure the outcome would have been as good without her advice. Also, while we were under contract, our family had to go ahead and move for the job, so we were trying to complete all the last-minute details from a distance. Julie was amazingly helpful, picking up our mail to send to us at our new address, calling a plumber when the sink faucet unexpectedly leaked during the final walkthrough, and coordinating carpet and housecleaners so that we could focus on moving details instead. It was as painless a process as it could have been, and I credit Julie's expertise and calm, professional manner throughout. She was also unfailingly kind and understanding of us having young kids, and she even included a little mini contract for them to help motivate them to keep their rooms clean. It was a great way for the kids to feel they were part of things. I cannot recommend Julie enough, and I am grateful for all of her hard work for us.

She made sure the house was shown safely, and her ability to listen and then provide us with clear-eyed options was remarkable. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
